Dr Pepper Snapple Group and The Salvation Army - Doing Good Things with Flavor During the Holidays
Sales of 7UP, Canada Dry and Squirt through year-end benefit The Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Campaign
Dec 15, 2016

The Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign is synonymous with the holiday season and serves as a reminder to everyone shopping for presents to give back to those in need. Since beginning in San Francisco in 1891 to feed the area’s poor during the holidays, these iconic red kettles have helped The Salvation Army serve millions. Last year, over $149 million was donated by individuals across the country to support more than 30 million people worldwide.

This year, as part of our continued efforts to give back to the communities we serve, Dr Pepper Snapple Group is contributing to the cause. Through the end of the year, we are donating 10 cents to The Salvation Army for every specially marked 7UP, Canada Dry, and Squirt 2-liter bottle, 20-oz. bottle, and 12-pack sold.

As you celebrate the holidays with friends, family, and loved ones, you can help make a difference by purchasing these favored flavors and help DPS and The Salvation Army continue to serve communities across the nation.

Between 11/1/16 and 12/31/16 Dr Pepper/Seven Up, Inc. will donate $0.10 for every specially-marked 7UP, CANADA DRY and SQUIRT 2-Liter bottle, 20oz bottle and 12-pack sold (minimum donation of $250,000 up to a maximum of $500,000) to The Salvation Army .
